Order Processing and Shipping

Our processing time is approximately 2-3 weeks, and rush orders are unavailable. Gowns are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with signature required upon delivery. Additionally, purchased gowns can be held for up to 4 weeks before shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Alterations

For alterations to your gown, we recommend consulting with a local wedding gown alterations specialist. Feel free to take your gown for an estimate during your try-on period. When in doubt, it's advisable to order a larger size, as dresses can always be taken in, but letting them out can be challenging. Please feel free to consult with me before your alterations take place, I will be happy to touch up any color on the hems. It is very important to wear the shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day to the alterations fitting appointment. 

Caring for Your Gown

Do not dry clean, this will ruin your dress. Please contact me about cleaning options, as each gown varies due to materials. Feel free to steam your gown! 

Try-on Period and Return Policy

With each dress purchase there is a 7 day try on period with free return shipping. The 7 days starts from the day of receipt, any dress kept for longer than the 7 days will become final sale. Damaged dresses will not be eligible for return. Please contact me for return instructions and shipping labels. The try on period is the perfect time to see your alterations specialist for an alterations estimate. I recommend you make the appointment in advance and feel free to tip your seamstress.
